1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SnapTray platform (snaptray.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including Restaurant Partners (restaurant owners and staff) and Guests (diners who scan QR codes).

2. Description of Service

SnapTray provides a QR code-based digital menu and ordering platform for restaurants. The service includes QR code menu creation and hosting, real-time shared cart ordering, AI-powered menu scanning and digitization, kitchen display system, restaurant analytics dashboard, and admin panel for restaurant management.

SnapTray does not process payments, handle food preparation, or guarantee food quality. We are a technology platform that facilitates ordering communication between Guests and Restaurant Partners.

3. Account Registration

Restaurant Partners must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SnapTray reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

SnapTray offers a free plan with core features and paid plans (Professional and Premium) with additional features. Free plan users may see advertisements on their Guest-facing menus.

Paid plan pricing is listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Restaurant Partner Responsibilities

Restaurant Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their menu information, including item names, descriptions, prices, and availability. Restaurant Partners must ensure that food items served comply with all applicable food safety regulations. Restaurant Partners must not use SnapTray to sell prohibited, illegal, or regulated substances. Restaurant Partners are responsible for their own tax compliance and reporting.

6. Guest Usage

Guests can use SnapTray without creating an account. By scanning a QR code and using the platform, Guests agree to these Terms. Guests must not attempt to interfere with the shared cart sessions of other tables, reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform, or use the platform for any purpose other than viewing menus and placing orders.

7. Intellectual Property

The SnapTray platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of SnapTray and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Menu content (item names, descriptions, photos) uploaded by Restaurant Partners remains the intellectual property of the Restaurant Partner. By uploading menu content, Restaurant Partners grant SnapTray a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform and on public menu pages for the purpose of providing the service.

8. QR Code Stands

SnapTray provides free acrylic QR code stand holders to Restaurant Partners. These stands remain the property of SnapTray. Restaurant Partners must not resell, redistribute, or use the stands for any purpose other than displaying SnapTray QR codes. If a Restaurant Partner's account is terminated, SnapTray may request the return of the stands.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

SnapTray is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for food quality, food safety, allergic reactions, or any issues related to the food served by Restaurant Partners.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapTray, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

SnapTray may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Restaurant Partners of material changes via email or through the admin dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
